These General Terms of Sale determine the relationship between Cojeda and Cojeda.com users and govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of product purchase orders on Cojeda.com.
General Terms of Sale do not govern any service provision or product sale by subjects other than Cojeda that are represented on Cojeda.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. We advise you to check sales conditions regarding these entities before making any purchase.
How to complete a purchase contract with Cojeda
To complete a purchase contract on Cojeda.com for one or more products, you will have to fill in the electronic order form and send it to Cojeda by Internet, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a summary of General Terms of Sale, information on the main characteristics of every product ordered and relevant costs of possible methods of payment (including all enforceable taxes and duties) for every product purchased, as well as the method and costs of product shipping and delivery.
The contract is deemed to be concluded when Cojeda receives your order form via Internet, before the data regarding your order has been verified to be correct or false.
Before proceeding with product purchase by transmitting the order form, we ask you to read carefully through the General Terms of Sale. You can print or store them for your personal use.
The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to carry out orders and in terms provided for by law. You can access your order form by clicking on your Personal Area (Your Account).
Before the order form is transmitted, you can check and correct any errors that may have occurred while entering your details.
You can complete a contract with Cojeda in one of three languages: Italian, English or French.
After the contract has been completed, Cojeda will see to your purchase order.
Cojeda reserves the right not to carry out your purchase orders in cases where there are not sufficient guaranties of solvency, details are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products requested are no longer available. In these cases we will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been completed and that Cojeda has not accepted your purchase order, specifying the reasons for it.
If products presented on Cojeda.com are no longer available or on sale at the moment of your last access to the website, i.e. at the time you forward your order form, Cojeda’s will inform you within thirty (30) days as from the day after you transmitted your order to Cojeda, of the unavailability of the products you ordered.
If the order form has been already forwarded and the payment made, Cojeda will refund the sum you have already paid.
By transmitting the order form by Internet, you unconditionally accept and pledge to follow the above General Terms of Sale in your relations with Cojeda.
If you do not agree with any of the terms provided in General Terms of Sale, we would ask you not to forward your order form for product purchase on Cojeda.com.
By transmitting the order form you confirm that you acknowledge and accept our General Terms of Sale and any further information found on Cojeda.com.
After the contract is completed, Cojeda will send you confirmation of the purchase order by e-mail, containing a summary of the information provided in the order (information regarding main product characteristics and a detailed indication of price, methods of payment and delivery costs).
warranties and Indication of Product Prices
Cojeda.com offers for sale only high quality products.
Main product characteristics are presented on Cojeda.com on every product label. Images and colours of the products offered on sale on Cojeda.com may differ slightly from the real ones, due to the effect of Internet browser and the monitor used.
Product prices are liable to change. Make sure of the final sale price before you forward the order form.
If you want to return an item, Cojeda has the right to refuse to take back any products that do not have their initial packaging or that have been damaged or deteriorated in terms of their quality and main characteristics.
The product price and forwarding charges can be paid by choosing one of the methods of payment indicated in the order form.
If you pay by credit card, financial information (e.g., your credit/debit card number or expiry date) will be protected by encryption and forwarded to the joint-stock company Banca Sella or to other banks providing a remote e-payment service, without third parties having any access to it. Such information will be used by Cojeda in order to complete procedures regarding your purchase and to issue refunds in case of any item returns, availing of your right to return goods, or where necessary, to prevent any frauds on Cojeda.com or report them to the police.
Product purchase price and forwarding costs, as indicated in the order form, will be debited from your current account at the moment of shipping of the products purchased.
Shipping and Product Delivery
To find out about the specific means of product shipping and delivery, please access the Customer Service Area. Please pay attention to information regarding Delivery Times and Costs, since indications in the Customer Service Area constitute an integral and substantial part of these General Terms of Sale. The contents must be completely understood and accepted at the time when the order form is transmitted.

Breakage and Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is broken or damaged, you should refuse to accept the goods. They will be replaced and re-sent to you. In any such case, Cojeda.com promises to replace damaged parcels at its own expense, covering both replacement and shipping costs.
Within ten (10) working days from delivery of the products purchased on Cojeda.com you may return the items purchased on Cojeda.com, thus withdrawing from your contract with Cojeda, with no penalty or explanation necessary.
Products must be returned to Cojeda, and Cojeda must receive them within thirty (30) working days from the day you received the products.
Goods can only be returned if they are undamaged at the time of their return. Please note that goods which cannot be reshipped, due to their characteristics, or are liable to deteriorate rapidly, cannot be returned.
If the returns policy is respected, Cojeda will refund the amount of money received for the goods purchased on Cojeda.com, except for the shipping costs of the products purchased.
Cojeda will return the full amount received for the goods purchased and pay shipping costs for delivery for any item returned due to an error on the part of Cojeda, i.e., if the products delivered do not meet their main certified characteristics or show production defects, or in any cases of delivery error.
The money will be refunded as soon as possible, and within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date when Cojeda is informed of your intention to return the goods delivered. Once we can confirm that the terms and conditions above have been respected, we will begin our refund procedures.
If return policy methods and terms are not respected, you will not be liable for a refund of the money paid to Cojeda for the goods returned. Nonetheless, at your request and expense, we can return the products sent back to Cojeda. Otherwise, Cojeda can keep the products, as well as the money paid for the purchase.
The return of an item must be communicated via telegram, fax (Fax No. + 39 0165 801349) or e-mail, and then confirmed by a registered letter with return receipt, within 48 hours of sending the telegram, fax or e-mail. This communication must include: specification of the order in question; declaration of your intention to return the purchase; name(s) of product(s) to be returned. You should also enclose a copy of the documentation received with your order.
Refund Times and Conditions
Once products have been returned, Cojeda has to ensure that the status of the items received complies with the terms and conditions stated above. If this is found to be the case, Cojeda will notify you via e-mail of the acceptance of your returned products.
Regardless of the method of payment you use, Cojeda will carry out the refund within thirty (30) days from the day Cojeda was informed that you intended to return the item(s), subject to any verification as to whether the return is in compliance with the above conditions and terms and subject to acceptance of your returned products.
If the product delivery addressee indicated in the order form is not the same person who paid for the items purchased, the refund of money paid for the purchase, in case of item return, will be made to the person who carried out the payment.
The value date of the refunded money accredited to your account is the same as that of the product purchase debit, meaning you will not make any loss in terms of banking interests.

Applicable Laws and Controversy Solutions
General Terms of Sale are regulated by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May, 1999 regarding distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April, 2003 regarding certain aspects of electronic commerce.
In case of controversies arising between Cojeda and any final user over Cojeda’s General Terms of Sale, Cojeda pledges its full agreement and acceptance of the reconciliation service Solve Online.
Solve Online is an independent, institutional service, provided by the Chamber of National and International Arbitration of Milan (created by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan) which enables you to reach a mutually friendly and satisfactory agreement with the help of a neutral and expert mediator on the Internet. Modification and Update
General Terms of Sale may occasionally be modified as a consequence of changes in legislation. New General Terms of Sale come into effect on the day of their release on Cojeda.com
