To purchase on Cojeda, you need to register to create an Account.

If you have already filled your basket with Cojeda products, but you don't have an Account, don't worry. You can register at any time without losing the content of your basket.

Like in any shop, to buy a product, first you have to put it in your shopping basket and then you go to checkout. The procedure is the same on Cojeda.

Choose the products shown in the various categories listed in the menu or use the site search function, and then the items into your basket one by one.

If you want to more than one of any product, you can change the quantity at any time by reviewing your basket.

You can also add the products from a previously Memorized Basket to your current shopping Basket.

Putting a product in the basket does not mean that you are not obliged to purchase it; your order is only finalised once you go through the checkout.

To go to the checkout, you have to access your Account by logging in with Cojeda. You will be asked to provide the e-mail address and password that you provided when you registered. If you haven't registered yet, no problem. You can register at any time, without losing the content of your basket.

Your order in four simple steps

Buying on Cojeda is quick and secure! Having put the products in the shopping basket, simply follow the four steps outlined.

From your basket go to the checkout. If you have not logged in yet, enter the e-mail and password of your Cojeda Account. If you don't  have an account on Cojeda, you will need to register first. Don't worry about the products in your basket, they will be memorized.

Choose where to ship the order: to the address you entered when you registered for your  account, to an address from your Address Book, or to a new address.

You can also choose to send your order to several people at once.

Please also give us the telephone number of the shipping address. It is important for the courier to have it, in case the addressee is not there when the package arrives.

Choose the methods of shipping and payment. You will find the shipping costs for each selected destination. If you want, you can also write a note and choose a gift card to be included in the package. 

Read the final summary of the order, containing all the details: Quantity and price of each product, Shipping address(es), greetings cards and notes to the courier, Shipping costs, Total cost of the purchase, Text of enclosed messages.

Only now can you confirm your order. Following the method of payment you have chosen, instructions will appear, explaining how to pay and receive the purchased products.

You can pay by any of the following methods: cash on delivery, advance money order or credit card.

Cash on delivery or bank draft (Italy only)

This method can only be used for orders totalling not more than 500 Euro (excluding shipping costs). For cash on delivery payment, there is a 9-Euro surcharge, applied by the Express courier service.

To pay by advance money order, you should send a bank order for the total amount of your purchase order, to the  following address:

Please enter your purchase order number  in the reason-for-payment field of the bank order.

Cojeda will send the order after receiving confirmation of payment from our bank . To receive the purchase sooner, you can click on Contacts and send us the CRO number, issued by your bank, or send us a copy of the advance money order by fax to the following number: 0039 0165 801349. Please remember to indicate the purchase order number.

Cojeda handles online payments using the Banca Sella system, which uses servers with standard-based 128-bit SSL certificates (Verisign certificate). The credit card number and related information are provided only to the banking institution. Thus neither Cojeda's personnel nor anyone else besides Banca Sella employees have any access to the transaction data. When the transaction has been completed, the data is immediately erased from the memory of Banca Sella's servers.

Your credit card will be charged in Euros, and the interbanking system will calculate the exchange rate. This may lead to a very slight discrepancy between the amount of American dollars or pounds Sterling stated in the order and the amount of American dollars or pounds Sterling shown on the balance sheet of your credit card account.
